As an education consultant with 28 years of experience spanning PreK–12, I have served in various roles, including teacher, administrator, district leader, and national consultant. I’ve worked in large urban districts and led at the early childhood level as a director of a birth–to–12–year center. I’ve lived the resilient side of leadership too, navigating broken seasons, rebuilding, and holding onto faith as my anchor.

iLEAD represents the strategist in me: systems, leadership and structure. Misti Blue represents the human in me: faith, advocacy and resilience. Together, they tell one story of leadership that is both real and transformative.
